Phil Henry is a therapist / practitioner within his own counselling practice - Making the Difference Counselling and Consulting.
Phil is well qualified and has many years of experience working with people in a variety of contexts - corporate business, finance, administration, counselling and supervision.
As well as being the Queensland President of CCAA (Q) Inc., the National Vice President of CCAA Inc., PACFA Ethics Chair, Phil is currently a sessional lecturer at two Universities (CHC and ACU)

Session Overview:Throughout this session, it is Keith’s desire to assist you in your understanding of family law and particularly the maze of the family law processes. He will explain the concepts and terminology and shed light on some of the importantchanges to the Family Law Act over recent years which will impact your clients.
- Speaker: Keith Mole is the Principal of Keith Mole and Associates Solicitors situated at Victoria Point in the Southern Bayside. He has been practising as a lawyer for the past 17 years with an increasing focus on family law in the past 10 years.
Keith handles all types of family law disputes including property settlement, children’s issues, domestic violence and child support for both married and defacto couples.Keith prides himself on finding a solution to disputes in the quickest possible time at the lowest cost possible whilst attempting to minimise the impact on all stakeholders particularly the children.
Keith is a committed Christian businessman who is passionate about family and the law. He is a devoted father of four school-aged children. He is heavily involved in his passion of AFL football and is a former President of the Christian Business Network and member of the Cleveland Baptist Church.
